Coffee Traders' Forum - A Discussion about Coffee Futures Trading
Coffee Traders Discussion Forum
You know, all regulations or fix prices are in the free economy pointless.
That is why communism had failed and why current EU has terrible structural problems that only now start to surface (see dairy market this and next year).
EU adopted many regulations in order to lure all countries in, but became in love with that and partially addicted.. sorry for off topic
Market forces should always find equilibrium sooner or later if let alone.
Problem is when one side starts to gain too much power and dictate prices.
What is surprising for me from today's discussion is the wide variance of yields with coffee.
That is something hard to project into price estimations unless properly averaged.
