I don't know if the EFPs have a relationship to the index rebalancing but maybe the EFS and certainly the TAS. For now, although the market looks terrible both technically and because it just feels weak, I haven't given up on a recovery. There is tremendous buying here with new selling. These dynamics can't be overlooked in spite of the techs.
