GM. There are those that believe that soil moisture has been depleted mostly in southern Brazil due to sub-average rainfall. Although rains have been below normal weather reports indicate that for this time of the year these conditions favor ripening. Even if there were to be a negative impact, it would not affect ‘18’19. The dryness is not even categorized as a drought. As we have seen in the past even extended droughts have had minimal affect on plants. We have to keep an eye on the weather but presently it is neither bullish nor bearish but, rather, normal.

The sectors that are presently involved in the market are not motivated by anything other than momentum and value. Systems funds will continue selling because they are programmed to do so. Commercials will continue to buy because their options positions dictate it so, to cover what was sold at the highs and, to some consideration, because of consumer needs.
